Summary

This RFA seeks an organization or partnership of organizations to continue the work started in the first levy of Best Starts for Kids where we developed the home-based services collaborative advisory group comprising of families, community-based organizations, and King County systems partners in order to build the capacity of the home-based services system.

Pre-application conference

Public Health — Seattle & King County (PHSKC) will conduct one (1) pre-proposal conference for this RFA for interested organizations to hear more about the fund and about the application process. PHSKC will only be adhere to the PHSKC-written answers to questions. Questions arising at the pre-application conference or in subsequent communication with the RFx Coordinator will be documented and answered in written form. A copy of the questions and answers will be posted as an RFA amendment on ZoomGrants. Applicants are responsible to check ZoomGrants for any posted amendments to this RFA.

The location of the pre-application conference will be via Zoom.
