What is the KCGIS Center cancellation policy?

If you register for a class, but for any reason you cannot attend, please notify the KCGIS Center immediately. Up to one week before the class start date, you will be eligible for a refund, minus a $75 fee to cover administrative costs. To qualify for the refund, the cancellation must be received in writing by KCGIS Center staff.

If you cancel with less than one week notice, or fail to attend the class, you will forfeit the full cost of the class. You may avoid full forfeiture or a cancellation fee by designating in writing, no less than 24 hours before the start of the class, another individual who will attend in your place.
