Sending Site Properties

This interactive map shows properties that have “sent” or “received” Transferable Development Rights (TDRs) in King County.
To use the map:
Click a site point on the map to get information about the site.
Click links in the site info pop-up window to see site connections and property boundaries for that site.
Click the “Add/Draw TDR Layers” pane to turn layers on/off.
Click the “Site List” pane to find a particular site from a list.
Use buttons at the top of the map to toggle aerial and map views.
Click, hold and drag the map to move map extent.
Change the scale by using the slider in the map or use scroll button on your mouse.
Click the “Legend” pane to view map legend.
Click the “About TDR Property Map” pane to learn more about the map.
The TDR Property Map application shows the location of TDR sending and receiving sites in King County. The Site Connection arrows between sending and receiving sites show the origin of TDRs used at receiving sites. Follow the links below to learn more about the TDR Properties Map.
