Measuring For Results

Natural Resources and Parks Performance Performance Measures Report, 2004

Report Cover - Measuring for Results 2004 King County is committed to creating a high performance organization that is accountable to the public we serve. As part of this commitment, the Department of Natural Resources and Parks is in its fourth year of measuring our performance and using this performance information to improve the environment and quality of life in King County.

The aggressive targets we have set show our ambition for the future. In some cases our challenge is to continue a high level of performance and in others, we must improve to realize our vision for this region.

Sharing our performance goals and progress with the public is critical to the success of this new way of managing and demonstrating accountability. We invite you to read the report and share you thoughts with us through the opinion survey below.
