Summary
The Public Health - Seattle & King County's Emergency Medical Services Division is seeking proposals for a nurse line triaging service to support the Telephone Referral Program (TRP). The goal of the TRP is to navigate patients who access the 9-1-1 system with low acuity, non-urgent illnesses, and injuries to a nurse line for triaging, assessment, and final disposition. Case dispositions may include prevention and treatment advice for home care, instructions to see a private physician, referral to community resources, referred back to 9-1-1 for emergency response, or other approved care options.
