Virtual King County Immigrant and Refugee Commission (KCIRC) Meetings:

The King County Immigrant and Refugee Commission will meet on the first Tuesday of every month from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm. The agenda will be posted on the KCIRC website at least one day prior to the scheduled meeting. To access the KCIRC website, click here

Interpretation and translation services are available to you at no cost. If you need assistance, please contact us at kcirc@kingcounty.gov at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting.

Three ways to participate in the meeting:

Members of the public are welcome to join the meeting to listen and observe. 

1. In person: Effective June 9, 2022, all Commission meetings will be hybrid with the option for community members to participate in person.

2. Zoom: Community members may participate in the meeting using the ZOOM application at https://zoom.us/, and entering the Webinar ID below.

Three ways to provide public comment:

The public will also have an opportunity provide comment. Public Comment will occur between 5:45 - 6:00 PM the day of the meeting. 

1. In writing: Submit comments by email with the subject line “Public Comment” to kcirc@kingcounty.gov by 4 p.m. the day of the meeting. If your comment is submitted before the cut off time, your email will be distributed to the Commission and appropriate staff prior to the meeting.

Public Comment Guidelines:

No sign-up required.
Your comments will be recorded, and each speaker is allotted 2 minutes unless time is extended by the Chair.
The Commission and staff may not respond to your comments during the meeting. However, if your comments require a response, staff will contact you at a later date using the contact information you provided.
