We face a lot of hazards in our region - earthquakes, floods, winter storms, and more. Everyone needs to be ready for whatever may come our way - and that includes our pets. September is National Preparedness Month, and RASKC is teaming up with King County Emergency Management to help you get your pet prepared. Everyone who adopts a pet this month can receive a starter kit that includes a first aid pouch, space-saving pet food/water bowl, and an emergency kit checklist. Note: Kits available, while supplies last, for pickup at our Kent center for those who adopt from a partner location.
