Guilty Plea in Neighbors Nightclub Arson Case in Federal Court: After months of collaboration between the King County Prosecutor's Office and the U.S. Attorney's Office, 30-year-old Mohamed Musmari has pled guilty to one count of arson in United States District Court. Musmari faces a minimum of 5 years and up to 20 years for the New Year's Eve attempt to burn down the nightclub, which had approximately 750 patrons in it at the time. The fire had barely started when it was put out by several alert people. Musmari faces sentencing in July in federal court. Senior Deputy Prosecutor Susan Storey and Assistant U.S. Attorney Todd Greenberg have worked together on the prosecution.
