Can my architect/builder meet with Permits to discuss fire code issues?

A short, informational conference between the applicant and a Fire Marshal representative can be arranged at no charge. That meeting does not exceed 30-minutes.

Pre-application meetings to discuss fire code issues within a building proposal are charged at a fixed fee per employee in attendance.

Sprinkler system

If property owners are preparing to submit building plans for a residential building permit, you need to determine if there is a need to install an automatic fire sprinkler system. A separate permit is required before installing a sprinkler system.
