You may also qualify for Washington Apple Health (also called Medicaid) year-round depending on your income.

You may also enroll in coverage if you have experienced a qualifying life changing event.

COFA Islander Health Care health insurance coverage through the Washington State Health Care Authority.

Compact of Free Association (COFA) Islander Health Care provides health coverage for eligible COFA islanders. Starting January 1, 2019 the Washington State Health Care Authority will pay the monthly premiums and out-of-pocket expenses for silver level qualified health plans for eligible COFA islanders.
