Due to an upgrade of the Property Tax eCommerce system, the payment system will be offline from 6 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2018 until Tuesday, July 17th at about 8 a.m.
First half 2018 property tax payments that were not PAID or POSTMARKED by April 30 2018 are now delinquent and must include statutory late changes. Washington State Law does not allow any exceptions (RCW 84.56.020)
To review current amounts due and avoid further charges, pay taxes online using the safe and secure eCommerce system.

Get an email or text message reminder roughly 30 days before the property tax payment deadlines of April 30 and October 31.
This service is only a reminder of King County property tax payment deadlines. If the message doesn't reach you for any reason, you're still required to pay your property taxes on time. Fees will be added to late property tax payments. King County is not at fault for late payments, even if this notice fails to send, or is never received.
