Bright Ideas - improving how we do business
How does our utility keep improving how we do business? We ask our employees!
Bright Ideas is a hands-on, employee idea program that helps our regional wastewater utility continuously improve and be Lean. Employees can submit and track their ideas through an online tool. It encourages creative problem solving, especially among front-line employees who are often the first to see ways to save time and money. Bright Ideas not only helps improve customer service, it helps us celebrate our employees' innovation and success!
