We routinely partner with employers and participate in the Great Minds at Work Campaign, a statewide campaign to spread the word about how our job seekers can help you address your workforce needs.

We use an evidence-based model that works

We employ an evidence-based practice model of employment services known as Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and routinely achieve job placement and job retention rates double the rate of traditional employment programs.

Our contracted agencies continue to achieve progressively higher job placements and job retentions each year. We do this by connecting the individual to jobs that are in the individual’s identified area of interest, and that match their skills, abilities, attitudes and culture with your company’s workforce needs.

Many of the candidates we support have high school diplomas, bachelor or master degrees and previous work experience. They are located throughout the King County region and come with employment suppport at no cost to you.
