Veterans, Servicemembers and their Families

The Adult Services Division supports veterans in King County through the King County Veterans Program, administering funds from the Veterans, Seniors and Human Services Levy, and partnering with veteran serving organizations across our community.
We support veterans through investments and services to improve and stabilize their housing, finances, health, social engagement, and strengthening the network of veterans services.

Veterans FAQ

King County defines "veteran" as any person who served at least one day in the military with any discharge type.
 
To be eligible for veterans services or resources, you must be a veteran, servicemember, or respective family member living in King County.

For less urgent support contact the King County Veterans Program to speak to one of our social service professionals about housing, employment, legal, or other supportive services that you may need.
