Customer Service to Remain Virtual During Space Remodeling
Staff are now working in our new offices on the 7th floor of the King Street Center Building. However, the Facilities Division is remodeling the building, and is constructing a new customer service center on the second floor, so our customer service will have to remain virtual, rather than in person. We also continue to have a drop box located inside the building's entrance gates for your convenience.
You can still reach us via phone (you can leave us a voicemail), on-line (you can send us an email), or via our drop-box, and through the regular mail:
- To access virtual services, you can email the Assessor’s Office at assessor.info@kingcounty.gov, call 206-296-7300, or visit www.kingcounty.gov/depts/assessor.
- You can apply online for property tax exemptions at taxrelief.kingcounty.gov. Or call 206-296-3920.
- If you have a complex issue that requires a meeting with our staff, call or email to set up an appointment.
Access Hours: The Assessor’s Office drop box is now open 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. weekdays.
Location: Our drop box is now located within the gates on the Jackson Street side of the King Street Center Building.
