YouthCourtC

East King County Youth Traffic Courtis a student-led organization that works with King County District Court to hear real cases of traffic citations issued to 16 and 17 year olds, offering them an alternative to the traditional justice system. The cases are handled by youth “attorneys,” a youth “judge” and a youth "jury," making it the ultimate jury of your peers for teenagers.

Are you a teen who received a traffic citation in East King County from the Bellevue Police, Duvall police, Redmond police, Sammamish police, King County Sheriff’s Office or Washington State Patrol? You may be eligible for an East King County Youth Traffic Court hearing. Learn More
