Mental health is an important part of overall health and well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.
King County and Balanced You support the mental health of employees in many ways. Whether you’re trying to learn more or are seeking support for yourself or loved ones, there are programs and resources available to you.
