Fees and rates
Landing fee
- The King County International Airport landing fee is $1.25/1000 MGLW for non-based aircraft over 12,500 lbs.
- Non-revenue generating aircraft under 12,500 lbs. are not charged a landing fee.
- Aircraft based at the airport are not charged a landing fee unless they are revenue-generating.
Parking and tie-down rates
The parking fees referenced in the chart below apply to aircraft utilizing Airport operated ramps. Pilots pay these fees upon arrival. There is no charge for the first hour of parking; however, reservations are required. Please call 206-296-7334 in advance of your flight to KBFI to make aircraft parking arrangements.
Aircraft parked on the ramp of a fixed-base operator (FBO) are subject only to the parking charges assessed by the FBO, and those fees are paid directly to the FBO.
The first hour of aircraft parking on airport-operated ramps is free. After one hour, the following hourly rates apply:
