You can use our Monument Maintenance Request Form to report a survey marker (survey monument) that has been damaged or destroyed.
 
Why are there survey markings on my road and what do the markings mean?

Most typically, the work that is being done is to locate underground utility lines rather than a land survey for locating property lines and other boundaries.

The colors have specific meaning:
