How do I get a berm installed at my driveway?
Please contact the Road Services Division at 206-296-8100 or toll-free at 1-800-KCROADS. A Citizen Action Request (CAR) form will be written up and the division will investigate.
 
Who do I contact about a ditch that won't drain, resulting in standing water on the road?
Please contact the Road Services Division at 206-296-8100 or toll-free at 1-800-KCROADS. A Citizen Action Request (CAR) form will be written up and the division will investigate. If the blocked ditch is flood related, it will be called out to the respective maintenance division for response.
 
Who do I contact about permission to fill in a ditch for parking?
Please call the Department of Development & Environmental Services (DDES) to obtain a Right-of-Way Use Permit at 206-296-6600.
 
How do I report a missing lid on a catch basin or storm drain?

Who do I contact about trees and debris in the ditch?
Please contact the Road Services Division at 206-296-8100 or toll-free at 1-800-KCROADS. If trees and debris are in the ditch as a result of flooding, the division will respond the same day. If non-flooding related, the division will respond as priority dictates.

Please contact the Road Services at 206-296-8100 or toll-free at 1-800-KCROADS. If water is threatening to your flood property, it will be called out to the respective maintenance division for response.
