King County Road Services - Adopt–A–Road Program Recognition Sign Request Form

King County will install two Adopt–A–Road signs acknowledging your organization's contribution to roadside litter reduction. Sign orders are made at the end of the month of your organization's first reported cleanup. It will take approximately two months from the time of request, for the signs to be installed.

Group Number  Find your group number.
Date
Group name, as you would like it to appear on the signs
Group leader and telephone number; for contact purposes only. This information will not appear on the sign
Adopted road
If there is a particular spot along your adopted road where you would like the signs to be installed,
please indicate below. If you want a sign at each end of your route, leave it blank.

Please note that the signs are standard in size and color. Adjustments or additions to the design,
including group or company logos, cannot be made. Phone numbers and websites are not permitted on signs.
