Institute for Community LeadershipThe Institute for Community Leadership is a non-profit orgranization that encourages youth leadership by community service, outreach, and political awareness. The group joined Adopt-a-Road in April of 2005 and completed their first clean-up in May. They did a great job, and we're glad to have them be a part of the program!
