• Road and drainage design
• Bridge and structural design
• Road improvement districts
• Road vacations
• Maps and engineering records
• Surveying
• Geotechnical and material testing
• Construction management and inspection

The Engineering Services Section is comprised of the Section's Administration Unit, Bridge and Structures Unit, Project Management and Design Unit, Construction Services, Project Support Services, and the Environmental Unit.
