- Career Support Services Program
The Career Support Services Program run by the County provides
King County employees with an array of job search and employment services through their layoff transition. The program's primary purpose is to provide
guidance, training, and to locate other employment opportunities to assist County employees in returning to work.

King County's Employee Assistance and Making Life Easier programs provides free, confidential assistance for resolving
work and home-related issues.

questions you may have, including those related to Union contract language, reduction in force, or bumping.
