  • Zipcar (formerly Flexcar): If you only need a car for a few hours a week or month consider Zipcar, with more than 100 cars, pickup trucks and minivans located throughout Seattle. You can drive one when you need to for about $9/hour, with gas, insurance and a reserved parking spot included.

When traveling between 9 pm and 5 am, take advantage of Metro's Night Stop option by asking the driver to let you off at any point along the bus route, even though it may not be a Metro designated bus stop.
