In the summer of 2011, 200 Georgetown residents and employees took the In Motion challenge to drive less. KIng County Metro and local Georgetown merchants rewarded them for helping fight construction traffic congestion.
SIGN UP-- Just for signing up and taking the In Motion challenge we sent 8 Metro Free Ride Tickets and information as requested to help Georgetowners drive less.
1st TRIP LOG-- The first week participants reported your 2 saved trips we sent them this handy tote bag, plus our weekly incentive.
WEEKLY-- Each week that they logged 2 changed roundtrips, we sent you 2 free Metro bus tickets and we also entered them in a weekly drawing to win $30 worth of gift certificates from Georgetown businesses!
8 WEEK BONUS-- Participants whologged 16 roundtrips in 8 weeks received an ORCA card with $10 loaded on it (value: $15). AND their name was entered into our Grand Prize Drawing for a new Torker bike!
GRAND PRIZE DRAWING-- Any participant that qualified for the 8 week Bonus ORCA card was entered into a drawing for a Torker T-300 urban commuter bicycle (a $400 value)!!! (Only one entry per person.)
