Way to get In Motion, White Center!

In the summer of 2011, King County Metro partnered with the White Center Community Development Association to bring In Motion to the White Center neighborhood. During the 16-week White Center program, more than 700 neighbors switched 6,821 trips from driving alone to a healthier, more affordable option, saving 98,581 miles, 4,929 gallons of gas, and 95,624 pounds of harmful carbon emissions from entering the air we breathe!

If you participated, congratulations! We encourage you to continue your new habits for getting to all the great destinations in and around White Center.
