Clay Lacy sponsors 2010 jet show

On July 15, Clay Lacy Aviation hosted the “Porsche Aircraft Experience 2010” Jet Aviation Show at Boeing Field. This year, this popular annual event featured high-performance boats and cars as well as aircraft. One of the highlights of the show was the return of the Cirrus jet aircraft mock-up (see photo). Attendees were also able to drive new Porsche automobiles at an off-airport course nearby and get a look at the 2010 435-hp, 194-mph high perfomance 911 GT3.

Galvin Flying Service expands its vision to Quad 7

After a historic 79 years in business at Boeing Field, Galvin Flying Service is poised for the next chapter in their exciting history—the development of 7777 Perimeter Road S, or “Quad 7,” into a corporate complex and new full-service FBO terminal. Plans have been in the works for some time for the Quad 7 expansion to increase ramp space, hangar facilities, and office space.

The project is currently in the permit and financing stage. It is expected to be completed in two phases, and to cost an estimated $40 million.
