Council appoints Quarnstrom to Airport Roundtable
September 2011—The Metropolitan King County Council’s Government Accountability and Oversight Committee appointed Fred Quarnstrom as a new member of the King County International Airport Roundtable. Quarnstrom will serve a three-year term as the at-large communities representative.
Quarnstrom is a private pilot, a dentist and doctor of dental surgery at the University of Washington, and a docent at the Museum of Flight. He is very involved in humanitarian efforts, including volunteer dental work in South America and work with the Boy Scouts. We welcome him and look forward to his service on the Roundtable.
