Online Survey

The easy-to-use Online Survey is a time-saving choice for woksites where a large majority of employees have access to the internet and a unique email address. It provides easy-to-use tools for you to manage the survey process. We encourage you to consider and try the online survey:

    To see what employees will get when they take the survey, you can log on using a fictitious email with abc.com as the domain (e.g. susan@abc.com)

  • ETC Tools for Online Survey (external link)

    To see how you will manage your Online Survey using ETC access, you can login with these credentials:

    Steps to Surveying Online:

    1. Determine when you will survey. you can contact your Employee Transportation Representative to find out the survey schedule for your site.
    2. Decide which employees you will survey.
    3. Complete and return a Survey Response Form.
    4. Decide if you will use your company's domain name or employee email name as the log in for employees to take the survey.
    5. Email your confirmation to survey online to Rick.Cranford@kingcounty.gov
    6. Email the survey Link https://www.ctrsurvey.org/survey/survey.aspx to employees with instructions on how and when to complete the survey.
    7. Check response rate and send a reminder mid-week. There is a required 70% response rate for the state-provided survey.
    8. When you have completed the survey close it out; email Rick.Cranford@kingcounty.gov to let him know you have finished the survey process.
    9. Have a prize drawing for all employees who complete survey on the first day, second day, etc.
    10. Recruit help at the work group level Track responses and send reminder emails!
