  • Problem solving techniques for getting and keeping your CTR program up and running;
  • An overview of offering commute subsidies to employees, including a look at various bus passes and the tax implications of providing commute subsidies to employees;
  • A look at the internet tools available to help you and your employees with their commute;
  • Ideas for contests, competitions, awards and rewards as well as posters to help promote your program;
  • An overview of reporting requirements and procedures.
