Bike to work

• Help employees find a safe route by providing bike maps (See links at right)
• Remind employees that they can bike part way and then load their bikes on a Metro bus or Sounder commuter rail
• Use the Trip Planner to help them with route information
• Schedule a bike commute presentation for employees through the Bicycle Alliance or Cascade Bicycle Club
• Link employees up with the bike buddy program by using Bicycle Alliance or internally with other bicyclists
• Provide amenities such as showers, clothes lockers, secure parking for bikes and a bike tire pump 
• Provide free or discounted nearby gym membership if showers and lockers aren’t an option
• Provide a monthly bicycling incentive
• Provide a guaranteed ride home in case of emergency
• Provide on-site amenities such as lunch facilities and postal services
