Advisory BoardsVeterans' Program Advisory Board The King County Veterans' Program Advisory Board is consulted with and their advice is solicited concerning the needs of local indigent veterans, the resources available to help local indigent veterans, and the programs that could benefit local veterans and their families. They assist the King County Veterans' Program with advice regarding service planning activities. The Board supports the King County Veterans' Program to provide high quality services to veterans and their families in King County. Veterans Citizen Levy Oversight Board The King County Veterans Citizen Levy Oversight Board monitors and reviews the expenditure of the veteran portion of the King County Veterans and Human Services Levy. Board members work to ensure that proceeds are disbursed in accordance with an adopted Service Improvement Plan, which guides the activities of the levy.
