From North of Downtown Seattle:

Take I-5 Southbound toward SEATTLE
Take EXIT 165A toward JAMES ST.
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto 6TH AVE.
Turn RIGHT onto COLUMBIA ST.
Turn LEFT onto 5TH AVE.

From South of Downtown Seattle:

Take I-5 Northbound toward SEATTLE.
Take the DEARBORN ST. / JAMES ST. exit- EXIT 164A- toward MADISON ST.
Take the JAMES ST exit.
Turn LEFT onto JAMES ST.
Turn LEFT onto 5TH AVE.

From East of Downtown Seattle:

Take I-405 S.
Merge onto I-90 W via EXIT 11 toward SEATTLE / MERCER ISLAND
Take the I-5 N exit- EXIT 2C- toward VANCOUVER B.C.
Take the JAMES ST exit
Turn LEFT onto JAMES ST.
Turn LEFT onto 5TH AVE.
