Non-Profit Organizations and Other Entities

The Housing and Community Development Program (HCD) has a number of programs to which non-profit organizations, housing authorities, and, in some cases, for-profit entities, can apply for funding to serve very low to moderate income households in King County. The majority of our funds must be used in King County, outside the City of Seattle.
