We serve private non-profit and for-profit landlords that have eligible housing units with interest-free, deferred payment loans for repair and maintenance, subject to the availability of funds.
For-profit owners of relatively small housing projects (11 units maximum) that serve income-eligible tenants may apply for small loans year-round. For more information about the year-round Minor Rental Repair and Rehabilitation Service, click here.
Non-profit project owners and owners of larger multi-unit projects (12+ units) must apply for a Major Rehabilitation Loan through the annual Housing Finance Program funding round. Click here for more information about the major loan program. |
