Programs Overview

This section contains information about programs that the Housing and Community Development Program (HCD) provides to fund eligible projects and services of non-profit organizations, housing authorities, cities and for-profit entities. This section also contains information about other HCD programs that help us to achieve our mission. These programs do not provide any services that the public can access directly through HCD.

The funds that are distributed through the HCD programs are awarded by competitive application processes. Each program has a different cycle when applications will be due. To view information about our fund applications by program, click here.
