Services And Programs

The Housing and Community Development Program (HCD) provides both services and programs to the community. We provide some services that the public can access directly through an individual application. This is a small portion of our program. HCD primarily serves the public through our programs that award funds to community organizations and cities through contracts. The community organizations and cities that contract with us are the primary vehicle through with we serve communities in King County.

Services Overview - this section provides information about services that we administer in HCD that the public can apply for directly.

Programs Overview - this section provides information about funding programs that are available to non-profits, housing authorities, cities and for-profit entities through competitive application processes. The Programs section also contains information about other types of programs that are administered by HCD in conjunction with our strategic plan. HCD Programs do not provide any services directly to the public.
