Combined Funders Annual Report

Several public funders in Washington created the Combined Funders Annual Report to meet the needs of all participating funders and to facilitate reporting requirements for contractors with multiple public funding sources. The Web-Based Annual Report System (WBARS) was launched by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission in the summer of 2009. All annual report project information must now be entered and submitted to funders online through WBARs. The Annual Report is a valuable tool for monitoring the performance of housing projects and for determining compliance with contract terms.

King County’s due date for Tables 1, 2, and 3 is January 31, 2013.
