King County Consortium Decision-Making Structure

The Consortium has agreed to the establishment of committees that assist in making decisions concerning the administration of federal housing and community development fund programs. The primary committee is the regional Joint Recommendations Committee (JRC), which is composed of three county representatives and eight cities representatives. There are also sub-regional advisory committees that provide input to the JRC.
