2009 Annual Report Forms
Table 1, 1A, 2 & 3 are due Friday, January 29, 2010 | Table 1 reports information about each unit (or bed) within your housing project, covering information on tenant households that resided in the housing during 2009. Table 1A covers all HOME-assisted units within your housing project (if applicable), and Tables 2, and 3 report aggregate information on all the units and tenant households served during 2009. Please pay special attention to the detailed instructions regarding each table. Contact the County staff listed below if you have any questions on how to complete the tables. Please complete a separate Excel Workbook for each project that received County funds, and indicate the housing project name on the table. Please use the Excel Workbook above. E-mail your completed report forms to KCAPR@kingcounty.gov no later than January 29, 2010. Earlier filing would be appreciated.
