Family Support Division Questions about Parenting Plans 
I want to spend time or get custody of my child. How do I get a parenting plan?
If you are involved in an ongoing paternity action, parenting issues may be addressed. If you do not have an open paternity case, contact the Court Facilitators for help with your parenting plan action at:

You may also visit the King County Superior Court website. If you have not yet been legally established as the father of the child you may need to start a paternity action. Visit the Division of Child Support (DCS) (external link) or call 1-800-442-KIDS (1-800-442-5437) for information about starting a paternity action.
The other parent has not returned my child. Who do I talk to when the parenting plan has been violated?
Call 911 and report the violation to your local police department. They may ask to see a certified copy of your parenting plan.
The parenting plan has not been violated, but I am concerned that the other parent may disappear with my child. What can I do to prevent that?
There is probably not much you can do until there is an actually a violation of the Court’s order. If your concerns are serious, you should have an attorney to represent you in this situation. How do I get my warrant squished, squashed or quashed?
If you have an active warrant and are represented by an attorney, contact your attorney so they can make arrangements. How do I quash someone else's warrant (i.e. son, brother, etc.)?

Where and how do I make child support payments?
If you need to make a payment towards your child support, you have a few options: - Send in a check or money order to:
Washington State Support Registry P. O. Box 45868 Olympia, WA 98504 Payments MUST include: your name, address, and case number. - Drop off a payment to the King County Clerk's Office (6th floor of the King County Courthouse, 2nd floor of the Regional Justice Center). Make sure to get and retain the receipt you are given by the clerk for your payment.
- Drop off a payment to your local Division of Child Support office or to our Family Support Division offices in Kent or Seattle.
