Lake Sammamish kokanee returns video

Fall 2012

Kokanee are returning to Ebright Creek in the City of Sammamish in numbers that haven’t been seen in more than a decade. A new culvert installed on private property is allowing the fish to reach pristine salmon spawning habitat, which bodes well for the future of the little red fish. Watch this video to learn more about the return of the kokanee and the efforts being made to ensure its survival in Lake Sammamish and surrounding creeks.
