A new culvert installed this summer on lower Ebright Creek has already improved kokanee fish passage in the area. Early returns of kokanee have been spotted upstream of the culvert where they are finding improved spawning habitat. Our fish spotters captured this video of Kokanee that have made it into the previously unreachable spawning territory.
