Sale Notices

Sheriff sale notices and notices regarding postponements of sales are posted in the King County Courthouse lobby, as well as in the first and fourth floor entrances of the King County Administration Building. The sale notices for real property are published in the Daily Journal of Commerce.

Fees are payable in advance. To obtain the exact fee for your service, please phone or visit our office. Acceptable methods of payment are cash, check, or money order. Checks and money orders should be made payable to "King County Sheriff." At this time, we do not accept credit or debit cards.
