Please forward the original warrant, order for the warrant, and the fee listed on the
fee schedule to our office. Additionally, we need a copy of the warrant and the completed
Civil Warrant Progress Information Form. You should note that the statewide system will not permit us to enter the warrant without the defendant’s accurate date of birth. Therefore, we are unable to accept your warrant without this information.
When the defendant is booked, you will be contacted via the information (phone, voice mail, or e-mail) that you provide to our office.
