A nattily dressed, grandfatherly vending machine bandit has been robbing Coca Cola machines in SeaTac. Each loss is several hundred dollars.

The thefts have occurred since last June in the DoubleTree Hotel, 18740 International Blvd. The robber manages to open the vending machines without damaging them and takes the money from the cash box. No one is aware of the theft until the machine is opened routinely by technicians.

The suspect was recently photographed as he made off with the cash from one of the machines. The total loss is believed to be several thousand dollars.

The man appears to be 60 to 70 years old, wearing glasses, a dress shirt, tie, and overcoat.
