Sheriff's Office Investigating Overnight Shooting

The Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting that occurred overnight off I-90.

The victim stumbled out of the woods at MP 37 shortly after 2:00 AM and flagged down a motorist who called 9-1-1. The man was taken to Overlake Hospital via the fire department.

Sheriff's deputies are having difficulty interviewing the man due to language problems, so the circumstances surrounding the shooting are still murky. He appears to be in his 40’s.
