Radio Executive Policy Committee

The Radio Executive Policy Committee (REPC) is group of Central Puget Sound officials working to increase the region’s safety by providing wireless voice and data services that meet local and regional public safety needs. Our current systems face significant service degradation, now or in the future, because of age, technical obsolescence, wear, increased demand, and the planned withdrawal of vendor support. In addition, new services and better coordination present an opportunity for service and operational improvements. The REPC has convened user, management, and technical groups and has hired a consultant, Federal Engineering, Inc., to advise it on technical, governance, and operational needs and alternatives.
