Building and maintaining relationships is a core function of the emergency management profession. The King County Office of Emergency Mangement is collecting and storing contact information for all emergency management related personal and agencies in the region via the Contact Information Form.
The Contact Information Form provides a simple and consistent way to update important contact and operational information needed for both critical and routine communications by local cities, tribes, agencies, emergency operations centers or organizations.
This form includes information on organizationan and personal contact information (phone, email, etc.), Emergency Operations Center (EOC) information, Radio Communications details,
To update your agency and personal contact information click here, then follow the directions on the form to submit your information via email using the built in features on the form. This informaiton will not be collected in any other way such as via fax or U.S. mail.
